The property appears older, but well maintained. The unit was big (1800 sq. ft.) and the floor plan was very nice. The front-desk agents were friendly. The furniture was uncomfortable, especially the couch, and the towels/washcloths were scratchy. The ice-maker in the fridge made about 10 cubes per day. Overall, the property is nice, and with minor upgrades cold be excellent. We will stay again.

Nice stay and conveniently located to Disney parks. King bedrooms had spacious bathrooms and very comfortable beds. We liked that each king room had door to enclosed balcony. However, the twin beds had thin mattresses that were uncomfortable, at least for an adult. Hard to open cabinets without any handles, no bag for ice bucket and tiny dead insects on window sill in kitchen. Staff was very responsive to all our requests.

This property is by far the best I’ve stayed at in the Orlando area. The condo was roomy, well built and furnished, and had great accessibility for mom in a wheelchair. I will definitely stay here in the future.

This property EXCEEDED my expectations!!! I will be re-booking for next year, when I'm in Orlando. Before I even arrived they listened to my concerns regarding 1st floor due to an disability. Second, when I arrived to check-in, that went very smooth and was done in 10 minutes. The front desk was very detailed and I am extremely happy with the 3 bedroom place we booked! I have NO complaints whatsoever and if I could give 10 STARS, I would. Thank you for allowing my family to stay at this beautiful resort and we will for sure be returning to this LOCATION again.
