Lots of stains on the carpet in hallways and rooms. Seemed fairly clean but room smelled very musty which made me concerned for mold somewhere in the room. Probably wouldn’t stay beee again. The whole place is in need of some serious cleaning and replacing carpet.

Loved the staff!!! Super nice and friendly. Like everyone says, the halls and carpet are older and outdated but I personally don’t care about that stuff. My room smelled clean like a doctor’s office. If you want a hotel in Knoxville that’s safe, clean, and convenient— this is it! The bagels at breakfast were my favorite.

Comfy, but....
The service was great! The bed was comfortably and the free breakfast was a bonus. The only downside was our room smelled of mildew. Kind of like they had shampooed the carpet then closed the room off not allowing for airflow to properly dry the carpet.
