Clean, comfortable, helpful staff. I also appreciate the free shuttle service to and from places like the amusement park, the two stations, and Mount Fuji World Heritage Site.

Nice view and good location for Mt. Fuji visit.
Great service with wonderful view to Mt. Fuji. We have the top floor facing Mt. Fuji and was lucky enough to see it when we wake up in the morning. Amazing view with great service and the breakfast is also great with a mix of Japanese and western style items. Staffs ware friendly and room are clean and updated. They also have shuttle service to tourists locations around the area.

We only stayed a night, but the property was good. Breakfast included and was a nice selection, and walkable from major train/bus stations to surrounding spots to see Mt Fuji. Slightly dated room, but it met our requirements and knew what we were expecting. Bed was comfy.

Room was clean and comfortable. The staff was good, but I had little bit trouble in communicating with them. If they appoint some English-speaking staff, that will help foreign customers.
