Overrated hotel. Dirty , housekeeping people do basics. Never cleaned my room properly. Huge noise all day long from air con units . Very loud extractor fans outside restaurant wakes you up every morning. Poor breakfast and staff never happy.

We stayed for 5 nights at this hotel, check in & check out were smooth and staff were friendly. Only issue is that the room daily cleaning was not really cleaning, they just remove garbage and make the bed. Bed sheets are not changed, and if you forget to press make up the bed they don’t leave you any fresh towels or water. Also, we left our luggage with them for 2 hours after check out to wait for our taxi and they were handing out our bags to someone else to take, it was a bit suspicious. They have the bags tagged but weren’t checking them, and handed them out to total strangers. Also saw the strangers opening the bags.. left a bitter experience at the end. Please focus on security of the guests personal belongings, it would have been a huge problem if we hadn’t seen it happening.

The hotel is nice and clean. The staff is helpful. Breakfast has good options for local and international foods. The pool is nice, but only gets sun from 12 to 4 pm. The road in front of the hotel is very busy and narrow.

Overall below average experience, for the price you can find much better places to stay in this area. Me and my wife were booked here for a week, unfortunately we had a medical emergency and had to leave early. When I asked for a refund on the nights we didn’t stay, the staff were very rude about the situation and said no. Finally the manager said they can give us a voucher for the nights for a future stay, we accepted. On check out when we went to collect our voucher the staff said “we changed our minds you are not getting anything.” Absolutely disgusting people and horrible customer service. One and done, never again.

We stayed here on our honey moon in a pool accessible room, and the staff were so lovely. The room was clean and had a lot of room. We would come back here for sure. Very affordable.

Really nice hotel Central, very friendly staff! Have swim up rooms too. Beach bag and beach towels provided which was a bonus! Worth a stay if you come to Ao Nang for a visit

Rust and mold anyone??
We booked this 8.8* hotel and looked forward to our family vacation. The outside and lobby looking good and modern, but once stepping into the room (#408), realized rust and mold on many corners of the bathroom. Not sure why this is so bad. Morning breakfast was decent, but with open concept in the lobby, patio door/window wide open, attracks a number of of birds fly in and out. We've noticed birdies do what they do best on many of the hanging lamps. There was a particular lamp sitting directly on top of the buffet table. Nooo! Even though the food dishes have covers, but we don't like the idea one bit. Do you??
