Place is pretty nice, but it’s partner property Smart Hotel is superior in quality and amenities. We paid a lot for a pool facing room and the patio was facing the pool but was also right next to the main passageway so every person entering was walking past about five feet from our patio so had no sense of privacy. If you got a better room it may be s different experience.

They offered us a welcome cocktail which was very enjoyable. They also packed a breakfast to go on our early excursion. Breakfast had a wide variety of hot & cold items &pool was lovely

Very Comfortable Room
The room at the Bluesotel was extremely nice and comfortable - big comfortable bed, nice views all around. Excellent room. The room also included a Jacuzzi bath - again an excellent feature. The problem was that the jacuzzi bath, once full, could not be emptied as the knob to open the bath plug did not work! Room service did not report the problem and left the jacuzzi full. Would have liked to use it again during the stay.

Overrated hotel. Dirty , housekeeping people do basics. Never cleaned my room properly. Huge noise all day long from air con units . Very loud extractor fans outside restaurant wakes you up every morning. Poor breakfast and staff never happy.

Watch your belongings
We stayed for 5 nights at this hotel, check in & check out were smooth and staff were friendly. Only issue is that the room daily cleaning was not really cleaning, they just remove garbage and make the bed. Bed sheets are not changed, and if you forget to press make up the bed they don’t leave you any fresh towels or water. Also, we left our luggage with them for 2 hours after check out to wait for our taxi and they were handing out our bags to someone else to take, it was a bit suspicious. They have the bags tagged but weren’t checking them, and handed them out to total strangers. Also saw the strangers opening the bags.. left a bitter experience at the end. Please focus on security of the guests personal belongings, it would have been a huge problem if we hadn’t seen it happening.

The hotel is nice and clean. The staff is helpful. Breakfast has good options for local and international foods. The pool is nice, but only gets sun from 12 to 4 pm. The road in front of the hotel is very busy and narrow.
