Relaxing trip
Very quiet hotel as adults only. Breakfast is good and breakfast area is spacious. Rooftop pools are excellent although little shade is provided. Plenty of shade at the ground floor pool and very close to the beach. Room and balcony are a good size. Good value for money. We usually stay at the Centara Ao Nang beach resort next door but this one was a third of the price

Friendly Staff, Great Location, but Room Issues
We recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall enjoyable experience with a few caveats. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made us feel welcome right from the start. The location was fantastic—convenient to everything we wanted to explore. However, the WiFi was hit-or-miss; it worked most of the time, but there were occasional frustrating moments when it didn’t. Our room featured a private pool on the patio, which sounded amazing in theory, but unfortunately, it was so cold we couldn’t use it. Additionally, we noticed some mold-like spots on the grout in the pool, which was disappointing and detracted from the luxury feel. Breakfast was slightly above average, with a good variety of options, but it felt in line with what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel—not extraordinary but satisfying. While there were a few drawbacks, we did enjoy our stay and appreciated the highlights like the staff and the prime location.

The hotel is quite large, and in a good location. It’s 200m to the beach, but a bit of a walk to get to the street with all the restaurants. The pools are great, the staff are friendly.

The room was nice and had direct access to the ground level pool which they kept very cool so it was quite refreshing to take a dip to beat the heat. Also, the rooftop pool is pretty nice and was a great place to watch fireworks!

Nice hotel but Ao Nang is not worth visiting
Decent hotel a short walk from the beach and town. If you are coming by taxi it is worth checking which BlueSotel you are staying at as there are two - we were dropped off at wrong one but the hotel sorted out transport. Ao Nang - the town - is very disappointing. It reminded me of a cross between Benidorm and Sunny Beach in Bulgaria (not in a good way). If the hotel were any where else I would cheerfully return but Ao Nang is not for me!

Perfect beach access
Bob to the rooftop pool. The room itself had a weird smell maybe because of the humidity and I did notice some dust on some of the light fixtures, which seemed kind of weird to me because everything else seemed really clean. Super convenient location within walking distance to the beach.

Great modern hotel
We only stayed one night, but wish we staued longer. Rooms wete clean and beds comfortable. AC works great. Roof top pool is gorgeous. Staff were extremely friendly. 2 minute walk to beach.
