This was such a fabulous hotel. The staff, especially Anna just could not do enough for us. Spotlessly clean. Completely secure. Walkable to all main attractions. Lovely little extras like the complimentary tea, coffee and water in Reception and in the rooms. We will reccomend this hotel to everyone

Great stay
Fantastic stay at Amber Design. The staff were all wonderfully helpful and the room was very comfortable. It was located perfectly for us just staying a few days and wanting to get an experience in old town krakow. There’s a mall not far away if you’re like us who didn’t have our luggage (“misplaced” by the airline) and need a few clothes to get by. Plenty of restaurants in the area and beautiful buildings all around. Taxis available a couple of blocks away (by the cafe where the breakfasts offered with the room are - also great breakfasts there at the “Coffee and Wine” cafe). Would definitely stay here again. 10/10

Great hotel and great stay
This is our second time staying here and we’ve loved it both times, I’ve stayed many places around Krakow but once we found this place we only stay here! The staff is so friendly, the rooms are new and very clean. It is our honeymoon and they wrote us a very sweet card and we had traditional vodka waiting for us when we got there. There’s an elevator in the building and a little garden out back! We loved our stay and will probably always stay here when we come to Krakow! Oh it’s also on a very quiet street!

Excellent hotel to stay at , it’s next to the park so it’s easy to walk to anywhere you want to get to. The room was comfortable and spacious and even tho we had to walk to breakfast it’s an easy 2 to 3min walk.

I'm so reluctant to leave my review because I don't want this place to get so popular that I can't get in again. Omg it's great. Location.... AMAZING. It's quiet, clean, and everything I needed. I spent every morning drinking coffee on the terrace and those times are among my most favorite memories. The location is excellent. Convenient to all Krakow had to offer and when I come back, I wont even look elsewhere.

Loved this property. Was very nice and convenient to everything in old town just at the edge of old town so not as loud as other properties and n old town with the late nite pub crawlers. Hotel staff is very nice and helpful. Secured entry into the building so no casual looking loos. Room was very modern and exceptionally clean overlooking the nice courtyard. Breakfast was provided at a local restaurant a block or so away. Was very delicious. Highly recommend this property.

We simply cannot fault this hotel. The room was a really good size as was the bathroom and both were immaculate. The staff were so friendly and genuinely could not do enough for us. The location just couldn't be better only a few minutes from the main square and surrounded by bars and restaurants. This hotel is excellent value.

Wonderful Stay
Amber Design Residence is a beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The rooms were quiet with blackout curtains - conducive to solid rest when the days are long. The coffee they make upon request was an added bonus. And the back courtyard was a nice place for respite. I hope to be in Krakow again and will definitely stay at Amber Design Residence.
