I like the location, walking distance to the town centre. Bed was firm and towels are clean. Food at restaurant is good, thanks to the Chinese chef. But the room needs a major renovation. Inadequate lighting, dusty windows, floor and balcony. No chair in my room. Table falling apart, toilet bathroom needs repair. No Wifi in room. It should be 2.5 stars not 3 stars.

We pay RM35 for two persons with twin sharing.It comes with a decent buffet breakfast.The hotel is quite old and it needs
a facelift.It is the centre of most hiking trails.But for the price I paid for,I have nothing to complain about
I have seen the condition deteriorating over the years. Understandably, the facilities are visibly affected due to the macro-economic conditions of the pandemic, especially Room Number 314.
They seem to be trying hard to keep the lights on. Best wishes to them.
There is a beautiful view. The place is really cool

Old hotel with seasoned facilities
The pillow and towel are a little bit smelly. A few things leftovers from previous customers were still in the drawers on both rooms that I rented! The carpet feel sticky. However the breakfast is good and the hotel situated at prime location.
A very old and not well maintain hotel! Room with stale smell: from carpet, bed sheet and bed cushion! The room was not clean thoroughly, as dirt and stain can be easily found on floor, bed sheet, mosquito net...! There is a used towel hung behind the toilet's door and no toilet paper provided! Totally disappointed with this kind of hotel management!

The room that we stayed was very poorly cleaned. It’s very dusty and I actually think it has not been cleaned in a long time. The toilet is horrible. It has dead moths and lizard droppings all over the floor. The shower was filthy. The room was not worth the price we paid.
On the other hand, the breakfast spread was okay considering. They had a variety of food including cereals, nasi lemak, fried koey teow, bread butter pudding and salad.
Please improve on the cleanliness of your room!
1. Telephone system doesn't work
2. There is no air-condidtion inside the room but the electronic fan can be provided upon request, however, we don't know until we get this information from the tour guide
3. The power supply shutdown for half an hour in night time, and service center doesn't update us the status when the electricity can be resumed.
4. The electronic key system doesn't work, we ask for the replacement of the key, and reception keep saying that the key is valid.
5. We used their laundry service, but we have to get back the clothes by ourselves without delivering to the room.
6. We booked the room through hotels.com, but they cannot find the booking record when we checkin in the counter.
