the outside area pool beach entry. the rooms need upgrade very old. the service was very slow getting back to you. Downstairs emergency area was unprofessional meant to be Dr and 2 nurses. had no idea had to put an IV Drip in. wasted 7 hours of our time. Manager Tom was very helpful sorting this all out. Staff were very friendly.

It was a great resort, we stayed there with two young kids under 6 and found that even though the kids club was little they playground and pool made up for it, staff were fantastic and it was a very clean resort :)

Hotel itself was amazing. Beautiful to sit overlooking the sunsets with cocktails at the bar. This hotel was amazing. Kuta itself is a little tired. But the hotel was simply the best

The breakfast selection was excellent & we especially enjoyed the curries. Unfortunately our room wasn't ready at 2.00pm check in time & we had to wait for approx 35 mins.It may be good to provide more Lazyboys by the swimming pool or have a policy for towels. Guests were putting towels on the layboys early in the morning & some days going out for hours. we did have difficulty finding a Lazyboy as we didn't think it was fair to place a towel on a Lazyboy early in thye morning as we weren't swimming until after lunch. The swimming pool & the location is amazing.

This hotel has such great facilities, however the rooms are a little run down. Our room had PowerPoints that didn’t work and a missing bedside table but overall we love this hotel

Negatives Rooms are quite dated are in need of a revamp, I had to request a new matress as the one in our room was broken (this however was rectified immediately on request).
