The hotel was spotless! So impressed by the cleanliness of our room, even the balcony felt clean. The pool was also clean. However, we experienced several leaks during our stay (The sink in the bathroom leaked, our toddler slipped on the puddle formed. The air con also leaked, and almost wet our suitcase which had been left open). The hotel staff came immediately both times to rectify the problems, but while the sink was fixed, the air con was never properly fixed so we just placed a towel on the floor underneath the air con and ensure no belongings were placed directly underneath it. Also noticed a lot of patrons smoking near the pool area as their balconies are immediately facing the pool.

The renovations / improvements to the property have not done it any justice. It has cosmetically disadvantaged the property. I was here 10 years ago and the property looked more like its web site pictures
