The breakfast and brunch buffet was amazingly good. Fresh fruit, high quality pastas and noodles, will all the fixings, all well prepared and great variety. Service and staff there was amazing. Front desk staff not as friendly. They seemed to be very abrupt and cold.

Amazing helpful staff. Airport shuttle driver was so kind and gave local services advice because our luggage had not arrived in Bali with us. Beautiful reception and foyer area.
