"The standard of the front desk and bell staffs maintain an excellent standard. The harbor view of the room was very nice, although the sound period was a bit poor. We could hear the sound from the adjacent room."

"Great location right next to the subway. The room was a bit small but was adequate. The breakfast buffet was great. The only issue I had was the elevator took a long time."

"The hotel could not be in a better location for a tourist. It is just steps away from the harbour promenade, the ferry to Hong Kong and to the MRT. The only housekeeping they do is pick up garbage daily and even this was not done every day in my room. Would like a bit more be done, at least to pick up the towels daily if left on the counter. Book a harbour view room - it is worth it to see the light show every night"
