"I really wanted to give this hotel 5 stars but felt it wouldn’t be fair. Here is a detailed review: hotel reception and facilities all get 5 stars. The restaurant has good selection of food options and quality is high but they charge 4.5 euros for tap water so 4 stars for the restaurant. I understand that this happens in Austria but in such up market hotel I expected better. They were generous with fruits and we found apple everywhere. The cafe was brilliant after ski. Peter who served us twice was fantastic. We ordered ham and cheese toast and beer and it was amazing. He is friendly and helpful. 5 stars go to the cafe for sure. Spa was amazing and choices of saunas and swimming pools and also sauna program by Rita was amazing so 5 stars there. They also have nibbles at the spa which is great. We didn’t try the massage service but prices seemed reasonable. The ski hire and storage were well organized and super convenient so definitely 5 stars. Sheki at ski hire was super knowledgeable and helpful. Rooms were also good and comfortable but one issue and that is what super hot. So it gets 4 stars. Room cleaning was prompt and amazing and two issues we had was fixed immediately so 5 stars there. Overall a pleasant hotel which we loved and enjoyed our time"

"The room was great! Floors were heated, large bathroom and bedroom. Amazing views out the windows! The facility has two restaurants that are great, the spa is amazing! They give you robes and everyone in the hotel stays in them most of the day. The underground to the theme pools is awesome! This was an amazing place to stay! Right in the middle of old town and Christmas markets!"

"Not happy with our stay. We originally were supposed to stay 3 days but had to shorten it to 2. We did so in the correct timeframe but was told 2 nights were the same price as 3 so we would not get any money back. When arriving our host took us to our apartment. She basically handed us our keys and that was it. She could not speak any English and there was no communication. we found the hot tub which was down the steps and around the front of the house in a little dark cubby area. It was way too cold to walk all the way out there after getting out of the water so we chose not to use it. The first morning we woke up we had no heat. It was freezing in our apartment all night. I sent her a message and she kept telling me it was working. Yet all of our heaters were cold. We never knew where the ping-pong table or laundry room was. Never spoke of homegrown produce? No hand soap in the bathroom for us to wash our hands. Bedroom with bunkbeds had no outlets and the other bedroom had one outlet. Would definitely not stay there again."

"Great stay. Interesting arrival as you need to pull in behind the hotel in an alley to unload and check in. They have a porter for your luggage and very nice staff. Breakfast was more than ample. Staff was amazing and location cannot be beat. Parking is easy, just across the river in the Therm parking under the street. Room was more than average size and clean"
