Nearly everything was perfect at this hotel and the price was well worth it! A small apartment style hotel, which is nice even for a couple days. Only complaints is you can hear people going up/down steps from the bedroom and the shower had a very narrow spray. Both very minor. We loved the fireplace, beds were comfy, water was warm, and an ice machine in the freezer!

Fair. I don't love opening my door to the outside.
The stay was fine but there was dust on top of the fridge and behind the side tables in bedroom. I needed the plug and was stunned how much dust was there. Also,not a lot of dishes, silverware as other hotels that have suites. Bathroom floor was also dusty in the corners, shower.

We were there for Purdue homecoming; so for two nights, Friday and Saturday. Almost $600 per night. It would have been nice to have had the room made up. They weren't. It would have been nice to have at least been told this when checking in.

My group stays here every summer for a golf outing. Every visit our bill us messed up. This year our bills we doubled and required calls to adjust. Some guys were charged for the entire suite while others were divided in half. Check-in and check-out seems to be too difficult for them.

The hotel was in the middle of a renovation. We woke up to construction noises early on both Saturday and Sunday morning on the interior hall walls outside our hotel room. Scraping and sanding the other side of the wall. It was impossible to relax and enjoy the room. We have stayed at the hotel at least a half a dozen times. Very very disappointed.

there was a bed bug crawling on my arm in the middle of the night! GROSS Spent the rest of the night with the light on and should have just left. The room also had an awful smell-someone was def smoking in that room.

The staff, check in and check out process, value for money were all great. The breakfast was reasonable - boiled eggs and pancakes or a bit more variety of breads would be welcome! The carpets were a bit grimy and maybe getting old.

We booked nonsmoking room but when walked in the room, there was a strong smell that someone smoked something there earlier. We also found ants in the dining table. We accepted gift cards the hotel offered.

Rocky start, fantastic stay.
Check in was difficult. I paid in advance at the time I made my reservation. When I arrived at the property, the desk had my reservation, but not that I had paid. Luckily I had the email from Hotels.com with my receipt showing that I paid. The property had to verify with Hotels.com that I had indeed paid and that took about 15 minutes. During that time, the desk staff were very friendly and customer service focused. The rest of my stay went flawlessly. I would definitely return to this property in the future.
