From reception to checkout, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The lady in the breakfast area this morning was over the top helpful - thankyou! The hotel itself was average and our room wasn't as clean as it might have been - crumbs and dust bunnies on the floor, room smelled stale. Staff was geeat though!

The property itself was decent, but the room wasn't very clean. There were stains on the night stand beside the bed. When I opened the night stand drawer, we found someone else's belongings in there, including drug paraphernalia. Disgusting! I informed the lady at the front desk, but she did not seem appalled at all.

The staff was awesome and helpful. Breakfast was great and we enjoyed the large lobby! The only item we can complain about is the water not getting hot enough in the shower. We were surprised by the number of fur babies at the hotel. We learned that there was a dog show in town.
