Welcoming, top drawer hotel!
Lovely hotel, east check in, receptionist was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Room was very comfortable with nice sea view over Combrae and Bute. Good breakfast. Excellent choice for a stop over or longer break. We would highly recommend

Wonderful hotel would highly recommend
The service and hotel were amazing, their staff are so friendly and can’t do enough for you. The rooms are beautiful and well the bed, if I could have taken it home I would have it was so comfortable. We will definitely return.

Nicely presented Bed & Breakfast, the establishment does not have a restaurant, it offers bed & breakfast. Its on the edge of town so options available close by. Beakfast was excellent.

We were in town for the Viking festival, which was across the street! Super convenient, new finishes and very clean. Breakfast was excellent! Marianne was helpful and very kind. Our would be nice to have a fan on the room as it was a bit stuffy and warm.

Not as good a sleep as hoped.
Room, clean big and comfortable, thin walls (we assume) as could hear others through the night. Although they may have just been having a very good time 😂😂😂.

Attended and stayed for a wedding. Breakfast was a disappointment. Hard eggs, bacon fatty and greasy even when asked for this to be crispy. Bar poorly attended, had to go looking for staff each time to buy drinks. Enjoyed the atmosphere and the staff were polite. Room was comfortable and great sea view.

Looked amazing but didn’t live up to the hype
Looks amazing from the outside: right on the front. No lifts and no ground floor accommodation available (sure it didn’t say no lift at the time of booking: I have arthritis and spine issues so stairs are a challenge). Room small, hot. No window view and some stupid green light remained lit on the ceiling all night (see photo).
This was the window. Screen covering the glass so no view out
Couldn’t switch this light off at all
