Scam artists selling “excursions” on the beach. They will pester you constantly. Hotel staff acknowledges they suck but they do nothing to get rid of them. Food at this hotel is terrible. The resort itself is nice. Inky way I’d do it again is pay the $30 a day for a cabana. You get a waiter to bring drinks, roped off so the scam artists can’t approach, and a cookout of burgers/hot dogs. Some of the inky edible food in property.

Sunscape Coco has something for everyone. A clean friendly spacious and safe that meets the needs of everyone. They is always security or staff walking throughout the Resort at all times The children have their own pools, water park and play area with life guards throughout Beginning at 9 AM in the morning to 11 PM at night entertainment group(Niki Minaj was awesome ) from the beach to tastings, dance classes at night ending with them all together on stage performing variety shows, contest or just dancing with the guest . It was great. there was always a staff to meet every need from the beach, the restaurants, cafés and bars, someone was always available . The variety of restaurants. The service on the beach was excellent. The cabana and bar team of Sergio , Juan , Alvin’ Arianna and Pedro in the. Sunscape Adult club were simply the best. They were visible and attentive to very need with suggestions for drinks and events. The food , service and environment was clean, relaxing, exciting and ideal for a girls birthday trip. Will be back for the holidays 2024. Thank you to the Sunscape team for an excellent birthday celebration

My experience at Paradise Sunscape was mixed. I arrived with high expectations, anticipating the comfort, relaxation, and top-notch service that an all-inclusive hotel promises. From the start, the staff at the lobby were welcoming, efficient, and ensured a smooth check-in. The room assigned to me was good—spacious, with a comfortable bed, and a balcony offering a stunning view. The minibar was well-stocked, and the amenities were of high quality. After settling in, I explored the resort, finding a variety of dining options, from local to international cuisine, all prepared with fresh ingredients and served by attentive staff. However, my experience took an unexpected turn when a staff member approached me during checkin. He offered an invitation to visit the sister property, Doral Flora, promising just a tour, access to luxury facilities, and a special tasting. I accepted, thinking it would be a pleasant addition to my stay. What I didn’t expect was for this visit to become an intense sales session. Upon arrival at Doral Flora, I was met by a sales team who spent two and a half hours trying to convince me to purchase a membership, despite my repeated refusals. The pressure was overwhelming, and I felt trapped in a situation I couldn’t easily escape. I found the the aggressive sales tactics left a negative impression, overshadowing what could have been a perfect day. I wouldn’t recommend this experience to any new customers

My family and I spent in the hotel 8 days, during that time a lot happend. One of them were food poisoning. I recommend everyone to read this review to be careful with the food of the hotel. With relation to building conditions the inicial bedrooms air conditioning did not work. The service of the family club was excellent. And rapidly moved us and got us an upgrade. Everything that we asked for was given. Always was available to help. The show of the night was amazing couldn’t ask for more. The bartender of the pool, Luis, is extremely charesmetic. He had an excellent service. Gremil, the waitress at the family buffet, he deserves the best employee in the area. Helps every bit he can just an amazing guy. I have no more to add. This was my honest review of my summer family vacation at sunscape coco.

My family and I arrived to the property and staff was pleasant. We checked in our rooms and immediately a smell hit us as we walked in. My parents had the exact same problem. The room smelled moldy, the A/C was leaking, bathroom dirty, floors sticky, sheets had stains. We complained and finally received a better room. We talked to some of the guest on property who told us we are lucky because they have had no A/C. The restaurants had no A/C but plenty of flies. The hotel advertised as newly open but the hotel is far from new. The staff was unfriendly and only refill your cups with water anything else you have to hunt someone down for even a glass of soda. The staff also expect tips at most of the restaurants even though they ignore you after you place your order you never see them again until it’s time to leave and then they’re looking for a tip. They also show multiple restaurants on their website but in reality they only open one for breakfast and one for lunch and then you have to visit each restaurant to see what is open for dinner. I travel to many places and this is the worst hotel I have ever visited.
