"Great stay"

"The staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was really good. The only problem was the air conditioner. The first night it was so strong and we could not find a way to moderate it. But the next night management changed our room and the new room did not have that problem. The hotel is located within walking distance to the Melacon and in a quieter neighborhood. The top floor of the hotel has beautiful views of sunset and nice lounge chairs and a small pool. "

"The staff was great. Alberto (el joven) was the best all around the whole week we were there! He is exceptionally attentive to our needs. Gave us recommendations and was always willing to lend a helping hand!! The bartender (older gentleman, can’t remember his name) was also great. Very friendly and attentive. The rooms were okay, nothing expectational. The staff was friendly and very helpful but Alberto (el joven) and the bartender took it over the top. We would stay there again. "
