Elevators, only one of five worked . Bathroom was not clean, mold and ring around the tub, the pump containers in shower were empty, took a while to find warm with the separate hot and cold water faucet. Parking is a 3rd party beware if you state 48 hours when you arrive and leave, you need to pay again if you leave property and you get charged twice. No dealers at all gambling tables.

Out of three elevators only one was working, stayed four nigths they only came the 2nd night to clean and collect trash, barely any hot waters comingh out on both sink and shower, Air conditioner was intermittent not cooling room.

The staff was very nice. The rooms were clean but whole casino and facilities are very old. But for the price it was great. You get what you paid for. You just need to get those elevators fixed and if not, there has to be some one stopping on the 2nd and 3rd floor all the time. I had to wait a long time before I called security to remind them that no elevator has stopped on 2nd floor ( call light to notify elevator did not work).

Only one elevator was up and operating. Our non smoking room smelt like smoke. Ceiling had water damage that was cracking and drooping the ceiling. On second floor elevator buttons were hanging out of the wall. Were instructed that there was a stairwell that was near our room on the 14th floor that took us down, but stopped us on the 2nd floor so we wondered around to the other end of the hotel to find the second staircase that led to the first floor. Poor signage of where things are located.

I didn't like the fact that there were three elevators and only one was working and apparently this has been an issue for months we waited 43 minutes one day just to get to the elevator we would have walked but we were on the 14th floor and we had a lot of bags. Also our room with the table only had one chair every other Hotel I've stayed in in my life has had two I asked for a second chair about 8 hours later I asked where it was and they said they didn't have an extra chair which is ridiculous so when we sat to eat one of us got to sit at the table the other one had to sit on the bed. Also our air conditioning didn't work and maintenance came to fix it, pulled out the filter that was so covered in dust that it looked like roadkill. I asked for fresh towels it took over 6 hours to get them and they left the dirty ones. The 2nd time we asked for clean towels it took over 10 hours and i had to ask again before we got them. I have traveled all over the United States a d abroad over the last 32 years and this is by far the absolute worst place i have ever stayed.

The elevator to my 1st room was closed. The other side had only one working elevator to go up. I switched rooms to that side. I had to wait in a line to use the elevator. On top of that, the buttons to get back down did not work. I had to use the stairs - which were filthy. The only positive experience was the staff was friendly and accommodating.

You walk in and it smells like a dirty ashtray, then I see the signs that say $300 RESORT FEE!! This place looks and smells nothing like a resort!!!!! Then I get to the elevator and only one is working. I waited about 20 minutes for the one elevator and was told only 7 people at a time. There was 10 of us with our bags. I was on the 8th floor, the hallway was not properly lit. The room some of the lights did not work. The bathroom was old and smelled funny, the carpet in the room was stained. Thank goodness I always travel with my own sheets. I also waited 25 minutes for the elevator the next day to check out. This is not a hotel to book if you’re traveling alone as a woman. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!

The rooms pictures on the website are not for the actual rooms, they have 5 elevators and only one that works no and at times no working elevators so we had to take the stairs most of the time, they never clean the room and when call the line was always busy, staff was extremely rude. What a nasty experience! The cherry on top is that they charged a daily $50 resort fee. This is not a resort, this place is the dirtiest place I have ever stayed in.

1 out of the 5 elevators was working. There is a mandatory 300 dollar deposit for any reservation. Upon check in I noticed the toilet was in a continuous run and the water in the sink did not drain. No microwave on the property at all not even down in the hotel lobby. Staff is the only thing positive about this place.
