It it real bad, also cost $20 to Uber to strip. Stay somewhere else if u want a casino in your room and prices are crazy. I paid $289 $39 resort fee. If prices are nuts stay at a nice hotel with no casino & Uber to others. I didn’t win a penny at this hotel either lol

The front desk, just went ahead and start charging my card and I ask what they are for, didn't respond. I ask if there is wifi access so I can do my work, all he did is pointed me out on how to get to my room

Clean, inexpensive, close to strip
This hotel is nothing fancy but the rooms are clean and the price is right. Hallways and casino are old, but again, the room was what I needed - no bugs, updates and safe. The WiFi was terrible. I couldn’t connect my virtual desktop and it works fine on any other WiFi I’ve ever used it with. Definitely something funky going on with theirs. And, certain websites were blocked from their WiFi, specifically anything related to cannabis — every dispensary site I tried wouldn’t load, but was fine on my phone with cellular data. The pool was clean and nice - no frills. And they had tables and other seating that you didn’t need to reserve (and was never full). Cabanas are inexpensive, if you want out of the sun. The area is off the strip and, while I was fine walking around day and night alone, there are some unhomed individuals on the blocks between the hotel and the strip. Guests who aren’t used to this may feel uncomfortable, so consider an Uber. Walk to the monorail/Linq shopping is about 10 minutes. I purchased a bus pass this visit and it was really convenient with two lines stopping directly in front of the hotel. There is a Panera across the street - get coffee there in the AM or bring your own. Like all other Vegas hotels, no coffee, fridges or microwaves in the rooms. I would definitely stay here again if I wasn’t working during the day - the WiFi connectivity was a real issue. Other than that, the stay was great.

Friendly staff greeted you and helpful in accommodating to your stay. When we left , the staff was on break so the security guard assisted us and chatted with us as we waited for our Uber! I felt safe and welcomed. The facility was clean and smelled nice. The room was decent, a few stains on the sheets that look like makeup which from experience can be hard to get rid of. The bed was actually very comfy and cozy which I loved since we were tired! I enjoyed the selection of casino games and won about $60! All in all, for a budget friendly hotel I gave it a solid 8.5!

When we arrived we were checking in for the hotel and we thought we had booked a separate room under someone else name, which it was but it wasn’t the right persons name, but some how the staff still accepted the payment and booked us to the wrong room all cause she didn’t check the first names matched but apparently the last name matched to someone else booking for another room. When we noticed we went down to service desk and were told it wasn’t there fault we didn’t know who it was booked under, but that they had accepted the payment and ID cause it had matched another persons last name. I didn’t think it was acceptable that they didn’t verify first name but only did verify last name to the ID and Card and still went ahead and accepted the payment. She was giving an attitude the whole time we were trying to figoure out the situation and mumbling under her breath. I didn’t find that one bit professional from her part because if you work in customer service you should at least know how to talk to your clients.

Super convenient parking, close to everything and you didn't have to walk a mile and a half to get to your room, for food or to your car. Like when staying in the strip or resort. It was close to the venue we needed to be at, that ran for 3 days.

Smoke alarm going off all night, got no sleep. Side of bed broken dow so kept sliding off side. Housekeeping walked in without knocking, which was not expected. Discovered more missing items from another room, had to file another report of items taken from room. Sadly disappointed in how security seemed not to care and were rude and argumentative.

Came in very late front desk clerk was great but when I got in the room the room next door had their tv on full blast and even tho I knocked on the wal they would not stop tried calling a few times but got no answer finally at 6 am after having terrible sleep called again and got the security to come but then they knocked on my door til I had to get out of bed. Ruined my day.
