They are helpful
I called up early and asked if they could have a handicap in or one on the bottom level and they lined that up and then an hour before we arrived I called to ask what the room number was so I could be dropped off in front of the room and they gave that to me which is very nice again and the room was comfortable and clean and is that a good night sleep

My family and I stayed at this property for the night, we chose it because it was the cheapest deal with breakfast at the time. Unfortunatly it disappointed there were no breakfast options only oatmeal and coffee. Other than that the rooms where average. Positioned to the outside so remember to close the blinds.

I got back to the hotel a little disoriented on a Saturday night in Vegas. I mistakenly tried to enter the room beside mine before realizing my error, but was not threatening in any way - it was just an honest mistake. Hotel staff accused me of being a criminal and threatened me with prosecution and physical harm, even though I produced a valid room key. A shameful lack of de-escalation skills. The situation could have easily turned very ugly. Better training is needed!

Fantastic budget hotel in Las Vegas
Great budget hotel for those who want to save. I stayed to attend a conference held at MGM, which was about 10 minutes walk. (It was a hard 10 minute walk due to the fast traffic and winds.)The best part of the stay was the people. Each manager at the front desk and the one checking around rooms were very professional and pleasant. They made me feel welcome and took care of everything well. The housekeepers are hard-working. Mind you, this is an old "motel" that has been modernized the best way possible. If you are a humble traveler, you would appreciate this place. The bedding was clean and comfortable and I have no complaint. Bathroom tub, sink, toilet were all in good condition. The only issue I had was the towels caused my neck and face itchy, a typical allergic reaction to synthetic soap I usually get. When I laid my scarf over the pillow and slept over it, the reaction subsided. I went on to stay at a different hotel, I didn't have this reaction. This is my personal issue and most people should be OK with it.

I left without a refund it was soooo terrible. Coffee stained walls, dried toothpaste clumps on the floor, who knows what splattered all over the walls near the sink. The days inn by Wyndham has an outstanding reputation….. this hotel is far from the brands standard.

The check in was frustrating. Understaffed for front desk. 6 in line, one person at desk and fve employees walked by us. I had to ask for additional assistance to help with the line. Poor guy behind the counter had to also answer the phone. There were two workers hiding 3 feet away that should have been able to at least answer the phone.

Loved the size of the suite it was like our own little studio. The major downside was the bed was broke so much noise anytime you got in or out of the bed plus id roll to the middle as soon as i laid down. It was close to dennys and the strip and easy for rideshare to get to with all the construction everywhere
