It's very close to the Strip which is walkable so that's convenient. The free parking is a great thing when most of the hotels charge for parking. The beds are comfortable. It was fairly clean though I think the couldn't done better on the sink countertop. It was word there were small bottles of conditioner and moisturizer but no shampoo and no hand soap. No hand soap was disappointing so we had to use the shampoo we brought to wash our hands after the bathroom. Overall it was a decent stay for $80.

We picked this hotel because it was close to the airport. Our departing flight was quite early in the morning. Therefore we knew we would hear airplanes. The hotel is located on a busy street so the road traffic added to the noise. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. The “continental breakfast” was fruit and packaged oatmeal, pastries, and granola bars, plus coffee and water. Our main concern was the room itself. The property is aged and our door lock looked like it had been pried open a time or two. The door opens to an outside balcony which (in my opinion) is less safe than opening to a hallway. We were in town for a couple of days and events around town so we didn’t spend a lot of time at the hotel which worked out fine in the long run.

The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. This property is an old motel with the Wyndham name slapped on it. They tried to make it look better with some surface updates. It’s rundown and noisy. Cleanliness was poor. The wall mounted hair dryer had many long hairs hanging from it. The bathtub was old and worn. Heater was loud. I paid way too much because Vegas was booked. Since it had the Wyndham name I thought the property would live up to that. It did not. I’m disappointed in the property and the price.

Nice spot between the airport and the strip. We walked to the strip in about 15min and enjoyed their airport shuttle service when we checked out. Only inconvenience was when our door wouldn't lock because the batteries had died. Would have been nice if it was caught during day with housekeeping, so we didn't have to wait around for assistance before we could go out that night. Small delay only though. And the staff is really nice and helpful. Good people. :)

Horrifying Experience

Never stay here. A maximum security prison would be a better experience. The service is atrocious. The staff yells at you and talks down to you. It takes 20 minutes to check in and the rooms are filthy with leaking water all over the floor. My elderly father slipped in the bathtub and had to be rushed to the emergency room because the tub is extremely slippery no warning of this or precautions taken. Staff nor management does not care about you or your experience.

Really convenient in terms of location. It's just one street parallel to the strip and it doesn't have all the fuss. However, the rooms are not too acoustic, take note. The staff member upgraded my room because it was a weekend "around" my birthday (not on my birthday). I only regretted I couldn't use more the suite he game me but it was an awesome move. I would go by myself or with family if there are other projects around the city and not about enjoying a resort. It's a different experience but quality is really acceptable (and to the level of Vegas) for the price. I would pay a bit less, but with the upgrade, I was happy.

I was placed right next to a room that had a sign on the door that read ‘Closed for Renovation’ or something to that effect. I was awoken at midnight to two men over there, I assume prepping the room, but cursing, laughing, moaning and groaning very loudly in the process. It went on for at least 30 min. Then at 3:30am a family arrived…slamming doors and talking loudly and literally constantly for at least an hour. I can only assume this group was family or friends of the management. When I checked in, I had explained to the gentleman at the counter that my flight was cancelled until morning and I just needed a good night’s rest, I had to get back to the airport early in the morning. It was really terrible of him to place me in this particular room, knowing the commotion that would occur with this obviously planned middle of the night arrival next door. This motel has such very thin walls and doors that you can hear everything..not just muffled sounds, but crystal clear conversations. This was the worst night I have ever had at a motel. I would never ever stay here again. The only positives were the bed and pillows were comfortable, towels seemed new and there was coffee and real creamer pods in the office. Additional negatives however outweighed those positives…there were black hairs in the tub and room floor and the walls, doors and bathroom are showing their age. All I cared about was sleep this night and I only got about 3 hours. Just terrible.

I paid for a suite, but got a room (218) with a tub in it. The heater didn’t work, after 2 days of trying to fix it. The TV didn’t work, until the maintenance man came and had to reset the entire configuration. The power in the bathroom went out, so, I had to shower and get ready in the dark, using the flashlight on my phone. When they did finally move me, on the 3rd night, it was to a small room, with no drawers to unpack into. They never even offered a discount, or a refund.
