I have stay at this property 3yrs now. I go to Las Vegas MLK weekend for Sin City Classic sport festival with my spouse. We run one of the sports in this festival. We were disappointed with treatment entering and leaving the hotel. Employees on strike verbally assault us. Also loudspeakers music. Construction outside in the area of hotel. This was not what I expected when I booked this trip.

Neg: Couldn’t use the fridge for my meds without penalty. No washcloths. Turning lights off and on was a puzzle and irritating. No towel bars. Need a GOS to get through casino. Was lost most of the time. Pos; Bed was super comfy. Staff was great.

Like: separate door to the bedroom. Dislike: noise of airplanes taking off at 7:30 am on a Saturday. One after the other after the other. Couldn't get back to sleep. Bath towels below the sink. Most people don't close the toilet lid when they flush and the toilet water has a rather wide radius when the toilet is flushed so the bath towels are exposed. Unfortunately, Virgin Hotels is not the only hotel to store bath towels below an open sink. Not very sanitary.

The property is away from the Strip so more quiet. But limited restaurant choices in resort and area force a commute if staying for a few days.

No fan in bathroom so it smelled a little musty, otherwise the room was nice. Nice gym with good equpment. Off the strip.

The room was amazing!!! We received a free upgrade to suite and it was sweeeeet!!! I could live there! The sheets were so soft and the bed was perfect!!! We will be back.
