Pictures and website are nothing like the actual hotel and rooms. Unclean, hair in tub and shower. Tried to get a late check out upon arrival and 4 more times. Had to wait until the morning of, when running the biggest half marathon in Nebraska. Would not stay here again or recommend to others.

Went for a concert. Concert was canceled by 9am. Tried to cancel the hotel diespite check in being at 4pm, they refused to csncel and charged me both nughts.

This use to be a pretty good place to stay for an older hotel. Since Hilton has taken over the nightly rate is stupidly priced for an old hotel with absolutely no perks whatsoever.

Very handy location for a show at the Pinnacle Bank Arena. Didn't care for the parking. The garage side of the property doesn't have key access for the entrance door off theparking garage. If you get there late at night, you have to walk around to the main entrance. The main entance automatic doors needed repair. The doors attached to the garage don't have a ramp inside the building only stairs. Definitely not the most accessible place I have stayed.

This was larger, nice hotel. The rooms are relatively small, but more than adequate. We enjoyed the breakfast and other meals at the restaurant. Hotel, conveniently located near the university of Nebraska the facilities on campus. It would be a great option for attending sports events at the University. We attended Broadway musical at the Lied Center, which would’ve been within walking distance from the hotel.

The Graduate Lincoln has seen better days. Clearly no investment has been made to improve, repair, update or clean well in the past few years prior to selling recently to Hilton and it shows. Check-in last night the front desk was anything BUT hospitable. Clean the place inside & out. update and refresh the old themes. Hire better & take care of your staff. You have lost my business at this point.
