"Overall very good hotel for family holiday. I found most of staffs were young & had accents. I assume they are on their working holidays. Most of them were nice but some were a bit rude. I guess they dont have much experience in customer service & don't care much as they are there for short term only "

"The resort was very secluded, tucked away in a cove on Long Island with only 10 adult couples to be at the resort. This resort is remote and that made it special. The resort was clean and tidy with our rooms cleaned daily. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. The Yoga in the morning and afternoon was really good and the instructor was great she took her time to show us the moves needed. The food was really tasty, the chief did great job. Bar tender/s were quite chatty and friendly. keep that Licor 43 going :)_ There was enough to do if i need an activity with SUPs, kayaks, Chiliboats, swimming pool to float around on and a few walks can be done. The helicopter flight was really cool way to get to the resort. The manager of the resort was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend the resort for a getaway. Thank you, Elysian Resort and all staff, for a great relaxing 3 night stay. "

"Without question, one of the best resorts in terms of staff and service. Everyone was dedicated to making our stay perfect and they succeeded. Qualia is a beautiful resort with great rooms and beautiful property but the staff make it outstanding. Don’t miss the trip to Whitehaven and Hill inlet. Food was excellent-enjoyed the daily breakfast which they will customize to your liking. We will definitely go back if we make it back to Australia. "
