"Excellent property. We went away for my parents wedding anniversary. 5 couples in total.Property was good sized, in particular the shared areas (which was lucky as the weather was awful), plus nicely decorated. It felt very homely and all shared rooms were of good enough size to accommodate us.Tracey was excellent in her communication, and accommodating for any requests / questions we had.I would highly recommend this for a trip away, just two points I would note:1) Pool table needs some TLC - sadly it looks like it has been misused by previous guests.2) As it was family this was ok, but one of the bedrooms can only be reached by walking through other bedrooms at the property. Not a negative "

"This was a great value stay. Efficient and friendly reception, shown to my room, spacious room, good shower, porridge and cereal bar given for breakfasts in the room (as well as the usual tea and coffee), proper coat hangers and a quality large kettle. Minor inconveniences would be that it can be difficult to see where to park (very temporarily) and it takes a good couple of minutes to get hot water from the hot water tap over the sink. By the way, the menu and restaurant look great."
