Property is very old and it shows. Rooms are clean, but worn showing lots of wear and tear. King size bed was very soft - not the usual firm bed one expects. Light came thru all around the hotel room door at night so the room wasn't super dark at night time. The Denny's resteraut that is attached to the hotel was excellent! Great staff. Food very fresh and tasted great. Won't stay there again as the hotel is just too old. Needs a good reno.

Property in need of upgrade for what we paid. $228/nite bathroom very outdated, low toilet, original tub shower. Provide microwave tucked away in a cupboard no cups, plates utensils. King Bed mattress needs new. Room just had a stale smell upon entering.

The hotel was clean and quiet and in a good location. It is however in need of renovation! The room was very small. The bed was sloppy, and sagging in the middle. The bathroom did not have a receptical to use a blowdryer and there was no mirror outside the bathroom to be able to do so in the hall. I would not stay again.

Room very dated, dark and noisy. No access to outdoors to let in air or look outside to see weather. Not a room you want to spend much time in, which would be okay if not so expensive. Pool and hot tub were clean. Staff were professional.

From the moment I checked in to the moment I left I had nothing but problems in this hotel. I got downgraded, but still charge the same price as I had booked even though the room I got was smaller than what I had booked. I had specifically booked the room I wanted because it had a bedroom and a couch the room they put me in had no bedroom and the smallest little chair. But I didn’t get a break on the price of the room basically too bad so sad. The key to that room Did not work ever. Every single time I re-entered the room. I had to go back to the lobby and have the key reprogrammed… Every. Single Time. I’m not joking with you when I say I probably had to have the key programmed at least 20 times over the four days I spent there. When I complained the front desk, people said it’s pretty normal.

Check in took a while because of other guests credit card problems and there was only one receptionist. The room was clean. Hallways and entrance doors were a bit scuffed and could use renovations. Drug addicts hanging out in the rear parking lot.

Our room was as far from the front desk as possible & we had to get our room key reset 6-8 times in less than 48hrs. It was pretty ridiculous. And yes, we didn’t put the keys near any magnets & yes, we did have to explain that every time

Difficult to find the front entrance of the hotel, to begin with. Had problems getting into our room; room key did not work after 3 trips to the front desk; they finally put us in a different room. Only 1 elevator in the entire hotel that I could find. NO electrical outlets in the bathroom - is this a BC building code thing? Adequate hotel, but I'm not overly impressed, since it's a 3* hotel.
