- Being a 2-centuries old building, the neighbour's noise is audible.
- The parking space is in a covered parking lot at Praça da Figueira (150 meters away).
- A full reconstruction is currently underway in the front building, which may result in daytime noise on weekdays. This is beyond our control and is expected to last until the end of 2026.

Apartment was roomy and well appointed and clean. Wonderful location near everything but not too loud. Beds were comfortable. Wash machine in unit was great. Definitely would stay here again.

Great location; cute apartment; all as listed. The stairs are the only drawback and would be a challenge for someone lacking a basic level of fitness. But anyone who is considering booking the place has been sufficiently notified from the listing itself and from the reviews.

Nice area to stay
It was nice and a good place to stay for the price. I had to ask for sheets for the other bed and towels since we were staying for 5 days. I also would have like to have had moee than one small pillow per bed. I also had to contact the manager because the shower clogged. Small things that would have made it more comfortable.

The apartment was as advertised and clean. It was in a great location with tons of restaurants and shops, it was right around the corner from the famous elevator. The only issue we had was that the place was in an area that didn’t allow cars so it was difficult to get a driver to pick you up because they couldn’t get to your address, have to go out to get bolt.

The photos and description are accurate and as other indicated there are many steps to get to the 5th floor not for someone with mobility issues or older travellers. That said, I have to say that I was disapointed to see that all of the restaurants not only take advantage of the tourists but unashamedly gouge them. We found that the prices for pretty simple food and cheap wine was higher than those found in the south of France. However we found that the Portuguese people were very friendly and helpful.

The area we stayed was convenient and near so many wonderful places to eat and explore. The apartment was clean and the appliances were new and very helpful. The one "hitch" is the apartment is up 5 flights of narrow stairs. This was difficult to maneuver with luggage, packages and food. 5 flights of stairs should be the lead in the listing.

Great Location for a couple days
Small, but big enough for a few days. Sunny, cozy. Two big windows with very small balconies that you can stand on, but not sit. On a street with a lot of restaurants and it was loud on the nearby streets but it was pleasant as it floated up to our place. Walking up 5 flights with luggage was VERY CHALLENGING. Be aware of this. The restaurant immediately next door was good - we had wine and tapas there. Very friendly and small compared to the others on the street which are very touristy. We were able to walk everywhere from our location. Also note that the street is pedestrian only most of the time. This is great but a taxi won’t be able to pick up or drop off in front.

The condo is a studio turned into 2 bedroom somehow. Very old electrical system, the teapot constantly blew the circuit. Zero communication after check in.

Great location.
The five flight walk up can be arduous for someone elderly and/ or out of shape. The hallway always had an unpleasant smell of fried fish, perhaps from the restaurant next door. Other than that, the place was pleasant and comfortable. The apartment was clean, and free of odors. The bed was comfortable and the low ceilings were not a problem. The location can't be beat for sightseeing and there are plenty of good restaurants in the area. There is a shop at the corner of the street, 30 meters North of the property where luggage can be stored for 24 hours if you arrive early, as we did. There is a clothes washing machine but no drier, but a drying rack and a heater are provided. There's one electric outlet adapter; a second would be welcome.

Perfect spot!
I was thoroughly impressed with our accommodations in Lisbon. The location was absolutely fantastic! Public transportation was easily accessible and the area is the hub of activity in Lisbon. The property was accurately reflected as it was listed. I was grateful for the host being very communicative throughout our entire stay. Highly recommend this place and host.

Nice little apartment to rent while exploring Lisbon. The hosts were great, and the location is very central to a lot of amazing old town Lisbon sites and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Perfect location
We could not have asked for a better location. The place was fantastic. Lisbon and all of Portugal was everything we hoped it would be. No need for a rental car the transportation system is perfect. And uber was very reasonable and always available.

Fall vacation.
The location is ideal, but parking is a few blocks away, not at the property. The apartment is on the 5th floor, no big deal,right- but these are very steep narrow stairs. There is no balcony, but you can open doors. Place was clean, beds comfortable. Again, great location.

Great location, the space had some challenges to be aware of. The second bedroom is right by the front door, if someone is sleeping there you can’t leave the apartment without going through the room. The stairs are a real thing so be aware if traveling with luggage. Great if you’re traveling light and want to be in a central location.
