During my recent hotel stay, I was disappointed by several aspects of the experience. The check-in process was unorganized, with long wait times despite prior reservations. The room itself, though initially promising, lacked proper cleanliness and upkeep, with visible dust and a lingering unpleasant odor. Basic amenities were either missing or in poor condition, and the staff, while polite, were slow to address these concerns. Noise from adjacent rooms further disrupted the stay, detracting from the restful atmosphere one expects. Overall, the experience fell far short of the standards set by similar establishments.

The property is great. Self Parking is a problem and not convenient at all. The bathroom has only one sink and very small. Otherwise it is a great Hotel.

I liked the overall atmosphere of the property. Great Location. Clean and had a great view. But the excellent staff was rather limited. Only one person for check-in and one person for Check-out!! That delayed the process. Otherwise stellar.
