This property is under heavy construction! I didn’t know this when I booked it in August. The main floor is mostly closed! The one sit down restaurant was never maned and didn’t look open! The only place to by an energy drink doesn’t open until 9 am hours after you have left for Disney! Jack hammering can be heard all day, brought my daughter back to the hotel for a nap, only got 15 minutes finally gave up. Wish I would have booked next door for almost the same price and no construction! We almost always look at a Hilton first, that will definitely change.

The bad: The key card didn’t work for self parking, both for getting into the parking garage and leaving. We had to have an employee help us both times. The battery on our room door died, so we were locked out of our room and had to wait ~30 minutes for someone to replace the battery. When an adjoining room flushed their toilet we could hear it from the drain in our shower. The good: staff was mostly kind, aside from the parking attendant on the day we left. The restaurant was expensive but good, easy to charge to the room. The rooms were clean and comfortable. A lot of construction happening, but it was kept clean. Overall: not sure if we’d stay again, the parking situation was frustrating, we were treated rudely. The lady called to confirm our room and we were checked out, made us feel like we were committing a crime. The door was frustrating too, but we had two staff members check on us and bring us chairs while we waited for it to be fixed.

The carpet color makes the rooms look dirty. It's time to switch to laminate perhaps. Also the basement floor near the lobby really smelled terrible. The renovation perhaps should be done in stages??

I loved that me and my family could walk to Disneyland. The room was very clean and new. I felt completely safe about my babies being on the carpet. The only bad thing was at the time of our stay there were people being very loud the entire night. Teenagers in the room next to us. Thankfully my babies slept through it but it did keep me awake most the night. Overall it was a great stay and I will be choosing Hilton again!

Under construction.
The building was under construction, we happened to be places on a floor that’s not yet renovated, so we definitely understand the need for the renovations. The bathroom door handle was broke, the fridge cabinet was broke, the carpets were stained. Definitely didn’t feel Hilton quality, like other Hiltons we’ve been at, but I’m sure it will soon. No poor reflection from the staff, the establishment was just lack luster.

Beware of all the extra charges there are!! Was told by the from desk that self parking is $39.00 per day, then to come to find out it’s $45.00 a day because the hotel will tax you on parking. If you pay the hourly fee there is no taxes charged. The front desk lady that help us, said she was going to wave the $40.00 early arrival fee per room and we had 2 rooms ($80.00). But when we checked out the charges were there plus tax and was taken out of our security deposit. The other problem we had was with the manager AnnMarie, we paid cash for our security deposit, if you use credit card it’s $50.00 , but if you pay cash it $100.00. So we hand the from desk person a hundred dollars bill, she goes and take it to see if it real, she had to find a machine that must be about 10 years old, and didn’t recognize the new 100 bills. So she said it was fake after she moved the machine to 3 different plugs. Then she got the manager AnnMarie to help, the took the machine and the 100 bill somewhere in the back office ( whitch they shouldn’t have done who to say the change the bill or whatever). Then AnnMarie comes to the counter and say these are not real and we can’t take them. We explained that we just got them from Carnival cruise ship that we just left. But while we were talking to her she turn her back to us and walked away. What a great manager they have, that just walks away when a customer is talking to her!! Will not recommend this place or Hilton’s. Very unhappy will contact corpora

Great location, walking distance to Disney and Anaheim convention center. Food was not good. (Eat somewhere else) Currently under construction in the Lobby area; the rooms are spacious, clean and beautiful bathroom.

Entire property is under construction / renovation. Rooms are terribly out dated. Water smells like sewer. Will not stay here again
