This property is under heavy construction! I didn’t know this when I booked it in August. The main floor is mostly closed! The one sit down restaurant was never maned and didn’t look open! The only place to by an energy drink doesn’t open until 9 am hours after you have left for Disney! Jack hammering can be heard all day, brought my daughter back to the hotel for a nap, only got 15 minutes finally gave up. Wish I would have booked next door for almost the same price and no construction! We almost always look at a Hilton first, that will definitely change.

Well it was under construction. It was hectic to get around. A lot of noice, distraction, dust, very unpleasant to be around. Hidden fees like it is crazy. I will never stay here again. There are better places for better prices around Anaheim. The room was dirty. Stains here and there. The restroom was wiped but looked like they had cleaned it with something dirty. It smelled of must or wet for whatever reason. Not going to lie. Was disappointed from hosting last year. Over all o give it one or two stars. It has gone down in quality and higher on prices.

Don’t stay here if you enjoy sleeping
When we arrived they told us there was a 40$ per day parking fee which was never stated anywhere on their website. Also the hotel was under complete renovation and we thought that it would be ok but it was awful they was full on construction with jack hammers and etc above our room and it started at 6 am so we got no sleep any of the days on our trip. When I talked to the manager he said “ we told you there was construction” but they never said there was construction in the floors above us or it being super early In the morning. The manger was super rude about it and didn’t seem to care. We spent 1600$ and couldn’t sleep past 7 am also the thermostat didn’t work it only came out one temperature it would get cold or hot. The handles in the shower were falling off the wall making them completely useless and unsafe. The Hotel looks nothing like the pictures.

The noise insulation is terrible, and the hot water is barely warm. If you stay at this hotel in October, you’ll likely feel cold when taking a shower. On top of that, they hit you with hidden charges at every turn. For example, before you even check in, you’ll have to park your car yourself and pay at least $12. After checking in, they'll slap you with an additional $39 fee. Unlike most Hilton hotels, there’s no complimentary breakfast. If you’re unsatisfied and want to cancel your stay for just one night, they’ll charge you a hefty $75 cancellation fee. In short, this place goes out of its way to squeeze every last dollar from you. I strongly advise against staying here.

Disastrous Stay: Misleading Photos and Unbearable
I recently stayed at the Hilton with my family, and it was an experience I wouldn’t wish on anyone. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the pictures on the website were misleading. The hotel was not just outdated; it was also incredibly dirty. Our shower only had cold water, and the bathroom mirror had a significant crack, which is unacceptable for any hotel. The room itself smelled strongly of mildew, and despite our attempts to enjoy our stay, the constant noise from construction workers right outside our window ruined any chance of relaxation. We were startled awake around 7 AM by the sound of jackhammering, and when we inquired about changing rooms, we were informed that the noise was pervasive throughout the entire hotel. Moreover, there was no prior warning about the renovations on the hotel’s website, and the receptionist failed to inform us upon check-in. The chaos began the moment we parked our vehicle, as the loud hammering and drilling were impossible to escape. Every area of the hotel seemed to be under construction, making it difficult to find any solace. The elevators were in dire need of an upgrade, and the hallways leading to our room reeked of wet carpet. To add insult to injury, the cracks in the parking garage were filled with cement filler, which ended up all over my wheels. Despite the numerous issues we encountered, the hotel did not offer any form of refund, which left me feeling extremely frustrated and

What an absolute nightmare of a stay!! The photos shown are MOCK PHOTOS for their desired renovations which have only just begun!! The place is that of a maze trying to find your way around with all of the construction and zones blocked off, it feels like a dark and grim dungeon. The 6 am jack hammering wake up call right outside of our room window was extra special. The humming of all of the drilling made us nauseous. All accommodations are not available despite Starbucks and one restaurant in the lobby. Our room was filthy and the bathtub and sink would not drain. Both beds were on a slant and you have to sleep in the middle to not fall out. I am furious with the inadequate representation of what this property actually looks like!! Do not stay here until refurbishments have been finished (mid 2025) unless you want to be extremely upset and disappointed! The hotel staff was incredibly rude , myself and ALL OTHER GUESTS submitted multiple complaints and they brushed everything under the rug. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR HORRIBLE STAY. They expect a lot of additional fees upon arrival. This hotel experience ruined our trip and I will never give Hilton my business again!! Disgraceful!!
