"We were staying for the weekend for our anniversary and got a free upgrade mentioned upon checking in which was a great surprise considering when booking the girl said she would write on the mirror and get some balloons etc to mark the occasion! The room was huge and presented nicely with the little touches added by the staff. We only found the time to enjoy the spa facilities on the first day but enjoyed the pool and the hot tub and the steam room! The last day of our stay, we booked room service breakfast using the doorknob card provided. It arrived between the requested times and was still hot it was a great way to end the stay. We will definitely be staying again we had a great time! Thank you Mitch & Sean"

"Hotel is undergoing a major refurb. I was on the 2nd floor. Room was recently refurbished so very clean, comfortable and all good. Staff very attentive, friendly and food served very quickly. Prices were very reasonable."

"The room is cozy and the facilities were clean, but (and i hope this will get fixed because i want to come back here later in april) the mattress in room 2 was stiff and i cpuld feel a few strings coming out."
