"We stayed for 2 nights for a trip to Sheffield as my son was in a tournament the staff were all fantastic and the cleanliness was outstanding. The breakfast was delicious and great selection and quality. "

"Lovely place to stop over. Was a business trip and was given an upgrade room as mine was not ready at 3pm. A lovely room but could have had a table light on both bedside units. Window sash broken so had to tilt it to be able to keep open. Lovely toiletries. Fabulous breakfast."

"Lovely hotel with well appointed and comfortable rooms. It has a nice leisure centre with gym, sauna, steam room and a 20m pool. The pool is lovely but very warm for actually swimming lengths. Parking is easy and it’s a 10 minute walk to town."

"Mercure in Sheffield is a lovely Hotel located next to the wonderful Winter Gardens, and very reasonably priced. IT might be worth looking at the layout of the room in 203 as getting out of the Bathroom was a bit tight with chair and desk limiting space - remedy would be - move them to the right - otherwise wonderful"
