Unfortunately we were there during some sort of major renovations so there was some visual and sound issues. The staff was very nice and tried to make up for that, so maybe it was just bad timinig. I just think that they shouldn’t still charge those high rates at times like that.

Renovations were going on during our visit. The lobby was disfigured, the restaurants were turned over and the same space being reused as a different restaurant killing the atmosphere without any adjustment to their prices.

Under construction and we were not advised. Beach umbrellas are run by a mafioso, you reserved umbrella day before . Go there next day and it was giving to someone else. One week they moved from umbrella to umbrella and ridiculous expensive, from $30-80. Ripoff. One restaurant and was under construction. On top of that my daughter wanted to reserved a table and when she called they told her it was fine . No mention that was under construction.
