A modern, very well kept B&B a short walk away from Paddington tube and rail station. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars nearby and easy access to central London. Lovely staff and owners, always a pleasure staying there.

Great little hotel

3 day visit recently and we enjoyed our stay..clean, comfortable enough despite being a bit cramped for us 3 ladies but for the price and location- it's great 👍 And the staff were so friendly and helpful on our first trip to London.

The room was very small and old (smell funny) but the bathroom was newly renovated with nice heated floor. The area outside the property was dirty but it was convenient because it was near dining area and a short walk from Paddington train station.

Great base for exploring London

Great location near Paddington station with lots of shops and early openings. Room was just manageable for 5. Bunk beds are best for younger kids and need a bit of maintenance. Bathroom was lux! Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are a little on the small side but really this no issue. They're spotless, comfortable and the staff were absolutely lovely. Would definitely look to stay here again on our next trip to London.

We were a family of 5 adults. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful, accommodating. The rooms were clean, spacious. The hotel is located in a row of hotels, near many restaurants, shops, Paddington station, and a short walk to Hyde Park. We could hear some street noise but that’s a trade off when you in a such a walkable area. Highly recommend.

This hotel is in a great position close to several tube lines, Oxford st and Hyde park. The accomodation is basic but cosy and perfectly fine for a short stay.
