The only thing I liked was the convenience to the transportation. King's Cross/St. Pancras was just about 5min walk. There are stores around for things you need (Boots, M&S, lots of restaurants, etc.) The hotel though, was very small. I couldn't even open my luggage to get my stuff out. No lift as the hotel mentioned but it was really narrow for those stairs so good luck if you have huge (and more than one) luggage. The sheets were itchy I woke up with rashes one morning so I asked to change the sheets when I stepped out. The lady at that time gave me a disgusting look and just said okay. I knew the sheets weren't changed cos I had the same stains on them when I came back at night. I'm a very neat and organized person so apart from vacuuming and tidying up my bed, there's really nothing they needed to do and yet, my only request to change sheets was never done. I won't consider going back to this hotel for my upcoming trip to London again.

Crestfield has teensy singles with teensy full baths but the rooms are spotless, they put instant coffee, tea, cookies and mints in the rooms each day, and it’s very conveniently located within the transportation hub of Kings Cross/St Pancras stations. Prices are good too - it was sold out so reserve early. Safe, 24 hour desk, very pleasant staff. I’d go back in a second. Elsa Little, Fairfax VA

Very clean & comfortable stay - rooms was very nice with very clean bathroom. We had a one night stopover. Staff on reception were very helpful. Ideal location to St Pancreas/Kings Cross stations. No lift so be prepared to carry your suitcases!

Very small and basic room,put in the basement room, very noisy, everything worked though so okay on that front,, if you want a brew you have to go upstairs next to the foyer and make one!, definitely a you get what you pay for hotel although not that cheap either.

Straightforward 2* accommodation done really well!
Located very conveniently for Kings Cross & St. Pancras stations, the Crestfield does simple 2* accommodation really well! Our room on the top floor was compact, cosy and quiet. Reception staff all super-friendly, and very helpful. Recommended.

Convenient, quiet, comfortable beds and great shower. Had to walk up 3 fights with heavy bags. Staff need to improve their customer service. Great place to stay however as 5 mins from Kings Cross station.

room in basement number 5, shouldn't be a room to rent out It should be a store cupboard. It is far too noisy and all you can hear is the underground trains from 4 a.m. till about 12 at night
