After a very long flight this was exactly what we needed. The food at the restaurant was great and the upstairs bar was awesome. The room was clean and very quiet. I expected a lot of noise since we were at an airport, but there wasn’t any at all. Will definitely stay her again anytime we fly into London.

I was dissatisfied because of the state of my towels, Although they were folded up and presented very neatly on opening the first one I realised it was not clean. I find this totally unacceptable and not what I expect from a hotel of this standard. Unfortunately I did not think to take a photo but I did mention it at reception when I checked out.
