Good location but older hotel.
The Hilton metropole is situated in a nice location not far from many of London’s sights. However, the room was a bit outdated with its bathroom and carpet. There was a leaky bathroom faucet and lots of hair underneath the bed. The rooms need a renovation.

We liked most everything about our stay. The breakfast offerings were amazing, and choice around dining options. Only thing that could have been better - the size of the rooms. On the small side, especially the one at the end of the corridor. Thank you.

Our stay was comfortable. Our 2 children ages 7 and 9 enjoyed the hotel as well. Hyde Park was a 15-minute walk , and there was an underground outside the entrance of the hotel (round the corner). We stayed on the 11th floor and the view from the large room window was amazing. The only thing to mention for improvement was that the QR code for the in-room dining was not working so could not see the menu. I called guest services to order. However, the food came packed in paper bags- i think it was take out from the downstairs restaurant.

Easy check in … car park was convenient and walkable to winter wonderland. Breakfast had a variety although the queue to get in was long. Service in the bar was a little slow but staff were friendly. Cleanliness was good.

3 day stay at the hotel.
The stay was good. The staff were amazing. Food was excellent. My children enjoyed the stay. Any concern we raised was sorted within a short period of time. I would not heistate to come again or refer to anyone .

Large But Efficient Hotel. Recommended.
Huge hotel, but well situated for getting around London. Decent breakfast. Only issue is that if on a high floor the wait time for a lift down can take some time - minor quibble tbf.

Hilton Metropole was a great place for our stay in London for it’s central location.Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception . Executive rooms are very well equipped , clean, and good size . We enjoyed the lounge which offers good breakfast and light dinner. Highly recommended.

We had a great time and would definitely stay again! My favorite parts were how friendly and personable the executive lounge manager was and how accessible the neighborhood was. We were able to easily get everywhere we wanted to go via Edgeware Rd station and Paddington station.
