Dirty, uncomfortable bed. Small room
Room size was fine although 'large' it was not. Bed was so uncomfortable and under the top sheet the mattress topper underneath was stained and dirty. one thin pillow as well with no spares in the room. Desk staff were friendly and good but that's where the positives end unfortunately.

Great for one night stopover. Friendly welcome.
Really good place to stay for one night as a solo traveller. Basic en suite and clean. Important for some that some rooms will have no window like mine. Friendly welcome at reception.

All the above, Japanese style, small inexpensive for London, central, eateries all round. Smart accommodation for single or double stay. Why so many poor reviews, I suspect sabotage!!!

We had a medium room and it was a really good size with a big window, it had air con and the WiFi was good, easy check in and check out and good customer service. My main bit of feedback would be that the pillows weren’t very good, very flat. Otherwise a really good experience!

Enjoyed the property. Thin walls, could hear my neighbours, roku remote didnt work had to DL app which is ok probably just my unit. They didnt have fitted sheets for the bed.. thought that was weird just a flat sheet over the mattress. Otherwise good location, good shops near.

Pros: Decent room. Spacious (i booked an ensuite and the shower and toilet was spacious) Clean room Aircon worked Friendly 24x7 reception Luggage space available Right next to train station Cons A window in the room would have been nice. A kettle with some tea or coffee would have been a bonus

This is not a hotel, i'ts a student dorm at best. The rooms are the size of a closet, the beds are not for tall people. The property is on the train tracks and therefore noisy at all times. There was mold in the shower and absolutely no room to open a suitcase. If the description of the so called hotel was accurate we would have stayed somewhere else.

Great location, very handy to the Overground and a lot of buses. My room was windowless, which I knew when I was booking and was fine with. It meant using the aircon a lot, which is fine in theory but it was a pretty noisy system. Otherwise though - clean & convenient. Would stay again
