Couldnt check in until after 4pm. We had a small room on top floor which wasnt the best.No bottled water or biscuits in room and basic tea bags with no choice. Breakfast was good.Staff all very friendly. Overpriced for the sort of room.

Park International was a disappointment. The property needs updating. The rugs in the common areas and in the rooms were filthy with stains, holes and iron burn marks. I didn’t want my bare feet to touch the rug in my room because of all the stains. Out of the two elevators only one worked. The bathrooms were in ok condition but had no outlet in them to use a flat iron or blow dryer. The beds were comfortable but that’s the only positive I can say about this property.

The hotel was OK but the internet was terrible. To begin with we were sent the password by email but you need internet access to get to your email. Doesn’t make sense especially for travelers who don’t have an international data plan for their phone. The internet was so slow that we just turned it off. The room was basic but functional. Surrounding area was great for shops and restaurants and Gloucester Road tube station was a 5 minute walk away. So in conclusion the location of the hotel would be the only reason we would stay here again.

Staff were excellent and helpful. Rooms (carpeting, some paint and furniture) could use a refresh. One elevator was out of service but did not affect us as the stairs were convenient.

A good London hotel for a short stay, rooms are small but comfortable. We were in a room facing the main road so couldn’t leave the window open at night but the AC in the room was so noisy we couldn’t leave that on either. There are 5 floors and only 2 lifts, as one of those was out of service there were very long waits in the morning

This was the perfect location for a quiet vacation with easy access to public transportation and plenty of museums and restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was ok. I was given room 138 on the first floor. It was actually on a floor and half which was a problem lugging suitcases up a flight of stairs to get to my room Very strange. Shower knob broke and couldn’t turn off shower but was fixed within 20 min. Pub has no food service so we walked elsewhere. Room very small which is normal for Europe. Family with me was given room In the basement Very very smelly and musty. Do not accept room in the basement. It was ok but wouldn’t go back
