We found the property clean and the staff very welcoming. Some good points about the property... -The area leans more residential so it was very quiet in the evening. -We were within reasonable walking distance to a bus stop and the Earl's Court Undergound making it easy to get to the things we wanted to do. - There were numerous restaurants within walking distance. Our only gripe was the size of the room and bathroom, both very, very small. We've traveled extensively in Europe for almost 20 years and could only think of one other property we've stayed abroad that was smaller.

Great place to stay. We were greeted as we checked in and were provided great customer service. Our room was spacious and clean and bed was comfortable. Light healthy breakfast. Was worried due to other reviews but we had a great experience at this hotel.

Very hot room due to issues with AC!
Very small rooms just able to squeeze in and go on the bed to sleep. My room didn’t have any windows and AC was faulty and they had ongoing problems with AC so it was very hot and unbearable night. The girls at reception were trying their best to help but they couldn’t sort out the problem. Very hard to have no AC in a room without any windows. The breakfast was basic and lacked variety but it did the job for us. Due to this issue the hotel manager offered a full refund. However I had to chase hotels.com and the hotel a couple of times to get my money back. Location can be handy but I would recommend looking at nearby hotels as I found the room really small and wouldn’t risk it again relying solely on AC.

The staff at this hotel was very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast spread was also worth it! The room was very small and not near the greatest metro station, but overall close to the transportation. It was nice but we wouldn’t stay again. Affordable for those on a budget

A great location in the city to be near the tube and bus. Walkable distance of several good pubs. However, size of the room is small! No spare room… and the water pressure was really variable for both the sink and shower.

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff. The space was small but modern and very clean which is more important. The only problem was that some rooms don’t have windows which it was noted when we booked. Overall happy with our stay.
