Location perfect - 3 minute walk to British Museum and 10 to Severn Dials. Bed extremely comfortable. Only negative was that the gap between one side of bed and wardrobe was the same as one leg. Had to swing over bed. Not ideal.

We were put in the worst room in the hotel, Room 114. The hallway's fire doors are located directly behind the room's bed. The doors creaked open and clanged shut all night long, and all morning any time a guest went to or came from their rooms. We did not sleep. I can imagine that room 214, 314, 414, etc. have the same problem, but cannot confirm. Also - the shower drain was clogged in the very small bathroom, flooding the whole thing. A very nice young ma came and fixed the drain, but then the bathroom smelled like raw sewage. No one should have to stay in room 114. The hotel is otherwise very nice. But sleep is what a hotel is for.

I'd rate my stay as average. The rooms were very small and were not depicted as they were in online photos. My room, which had two twin beds, barely had enough space to lay out two open suitcases. The shower was also tiny and barely had enough space to move. The room had a lovely view, but it was also carpeted and dusty, which left me sneezing and congested for most of my stay. The lifts were also quite small, which is not ideal for someone carrying multiple suitcases. Prior to arrival, I was promised a complimentary glass of champagne. I forgot all about it so I didn't ask the staff, but I think it would've been nice if the hotel staff had either left the champagne and glasses in my room prior to my arrival or delivered it to the room on the first night. However, it fulfilled my basic needs as a safe place to stay. The hot towel rack is an uncommon but nice feature, the room was quiet enough at night to sleep decently, and the hotel staff was friendly.

Check in was slow, no queuing system, left stood waiting whilst receptionist looked down all the time at computer and making calls. room was ready early which was good but we were given no hotel information at check in! View from room was awful from window and overlooked windows from the back of another property so constantly had to keep blind down for privacy which meant room was dark Toilet roll was not restocked! Toothpaste splashed all over left hand side of wall by sink so cleaning could be improved Breakfast was good, bed comfortable and air conditioning in room good, toiletries provided were fine Our room was spacious and the hotel location is perfect

I have stayed in lots and lots of Radisson.. this is the worst by far. Appallingly small rooms, like a tiny box room. It was so small my dad (81yrs) who has accessibility issues could not get around the bed easily, massively increased his risk of falling. Very outdated, dirty carpet, chips walls, shower temp dangerously hot or freezing cold nothing in between, no telephone in use in rooms, drilling at 6am right above our heads… staff were very apologetic and said this feedback is very common at this hotel. Appalling for price we paid. Manager has said he will refund us a proportion for our stay. Just not good enough. Don’t stay here if you can stay somewhere else in central London.

Good stay, some issues.
A good stay for one night as we went to a gig. I'd just be aware if you ask for a twin room they are subject to availability and aren't guaranteed through bookings with hotels.com, expedia etc so we ended up ina double. We also got a phone call at midnight from reception asking if there was a passport in our safe as people who had been there before us think they left it. Asked if they could come check which I refused as we weren't decent.

We made a reservation through Expedia, which had been confirmed and the hotel had been emailing me, and then when we checked in they didn’t have it. The front desk staff asked us to wait for 15 minutes while he figured it out. It ended up being okay, but we were stressed and he didn’t let us know at the beginning that it was fine and he just had to create a new booking, which would’ve eased our anxiety about waiting. The room is quite small for two people to move around in, and has a musty smell and is a bit dirty. Shower and bed were nice.

Absolute disaster when checking in. The hotel couldn’t find my booking even though my room was one of 6. When I was finally given a room key I found that someone was already in there! The hotel sent us vouchers in advance for complimentary champagne and food discounts but the staff had no idea how to use them or what to do. Completely disorganised!

When I checked in, unfortunately, I was given a room that was not cleaned. I noticed immediately and informed the staff who switched me to a different room. The rooms are very small. The shower is the smallest I have ever experienced. There is barely enough space to open one suitcase. The room is carpeted and looked gross. The staff are very nice, but the hotel needs upgrading.

A temporary authorization of $50.00 was put on my credit card. Upon checkout, I was informed that the charge would disappear in a few days as it normally does, however, the temporary charge turned into a posted charge and they still haven’t reversed it and returned my $50.00. Our initial family room was too small to fit the pull out couch and suitcases. There were no lamps or decorative comforter/pillows on the bed. We found some crumbs and a stain on the bed. Unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. The manager switched our room which is why we realized the room wasn’t even decorated properly. We were very disappointed with our initial experience.
