Hotel was conveniently located for the activities i had planned in London but once you were past the lobby, the hotel definitely showed its age. The room was small but functional. There was a trench between the mattress and headboard creating something of a black hole sucking in pillows. My room seemed to neighbour an air conditioning compressor that ran all day and night which was sometimes hard to ignore. Area around the hotel was quiet for a Saturday night but got woken up early by the comings and goings of other guests. Overall hotel was ‘fine’ and that’s about as kind as i can be about the place. Would probably look elsewhere before staying there again.

They need to warm the breakfast plates, food gets cold before you can finish. Plus have mustard on hand. Then why no newspapers? Out of fashion i guess. Plus clean under the soap dispencers!

There was no hot water! Air conditioning loud. Gave me allergies. Staff said it was an engineering issue that there was no hot water but we checked previous reviews and same problem repeatedly since 2020!!

I have stayed in many Hotels and the room wasn't anywhere near high end much less Vip room. The bed sheets were stained and we had to ask for them to be changed. Overall, it was ok but NOT what we expected

Room was OK, maintenance was not.
Room was OK but the TV had an issue of needing to frequently needing reset and the in room phone did not work so I had to walk all the way down to front desk to log complaint. Front desk stated FOUR TIMES over two days that the maintenance was informed and would show up shortly but they never did over a 5 day 4 night stay.

Unable to provide a twin room despite earlier agreeing to do so. Rude and entirely unhelpful service from night manager. Lift malfunctioning and unsafe. Dirty old carpets in poky unpleasant room. We ended up not staying and choosing another hotel

We booked this room for 3 nights (Oct. 2-3-4). Our flight arrived early the morning of Oct. 3, but I booked the night of Oct. 2 so we could go straight to the hotel and not wait to check in. I emailed the hotel twice and called once to inform them that we would not arrive until the morning of Oct. 3, but that we were paying for Oct. 2 so we could get right in when we arrived. I was assured each time they understood. I told the taxi driver we wanted to go to the Radisson Blu, Tottenham Court Road (formerly Kenilworth) (I even said “formerly Kenilworth”) and showed him the conf. on my phone. He seemed to know where to go, but he dropped us off at the wrong hotel, which was not his fault. The name of our hotel is "Tottenham Court Rd," but the hotel is on Great Russell Street. The one on Tottenham Court Road is named Euston Square. Unnecessarily confusing. When we finally arrived at the correct hotel, they had no room for us. I said five times that we booked the previous night, but it took more than an hour for one of them to finally hear me. They then told us it was our fault we didn’t have a room because we “missed” our reservation check in. Once we did get into a room, the electricity went out. It took almost two hours for them to send someone to our room to fix it (flip the circuit breaker) which took all of 15 seconds. I wouldn’t have paid for an extra night if I knew I wouldn't have a usable room until 2:00p. The room itself was fine - not worth $350 , but ok. Disappointed.
