Nice property let down by poor service

Generally this is a nice looking property the bar areas etc are welcoming and good. The bedroom was well appointed and large (Exec room). However the TV did not work we arrived late 9pm to find no network available message on the tv - call front desk. We did and were told a technician would come up and fix it. We were going to get room service and watch tv but instead decided to go to the bar to eat whilst the tv was fixed ( poor quality fish and chips 2 drinks £63) came back 1 hr later still no tv Spoke to front desk “can’t believe the technician hasn’t been sir - would you like to change room? Ok I say oh sorry system is down can’t reallocate.!! I’ll send a mgr up he came at 11pm still couldn’t fix it after 20 mins!! Rubbish service - sorry sir I’ll try and get you a refund of some sort

Good comfortable stay

Comfortable and clean hotel quite near the terminal. Bus ride to the hotel is quick but bear in mind on the return trip to the airport, you have to go round all the other hotels first.

Don’t stay at the Radisson!!!

The worst ever hotel experience. My room was absolutely freezing and when I asked for help I was given a tiny plug in electric heater which was left so near the door that I fell over it and hurt my knee!! I asked to be moved to another room and was given one with two single beds despite paying for a queen room!! I was then moved to a family room which was also freezing so I got zero sleep before my flight. I will never ever stay at a radisson hotel again. Just horrific!!

The experience at hotel’s resto was underwhelming.

Our experience at the hotel’s restaurant was underwhelming, to say the least. We waited an astonishing 1 hour just to have our order taken, which is far too long by any standard. Unfortunately, the delays didn’t end there. When the food finally arrived, the portions were disappointingly small, leaving us both hungry and disheartened. The restaurant appeared severely understaffed, with the few employees on duty struggling to keep up with the demand. While we understand that busy nights happen, the lack of proper management and preparation made for a frustrating dining experience. Overall, it felt like the establishment was ill-equipped to handle even a moderate crowd. Sadly, we left feeling more frustrated than fulfilled.

Requested twin beds at time of booking. Twin beds not available upon arrival. Front desk says not possible as hotel was full. Asked for a cot. Told not possible because not enough space in room. Arrived in room. Lots of space. Asked maid for a cot. It arrived in minutes. Thus…poor experience with front desk…excellent experience with floor staff.

Blackout

This hotel is so dark it’s inaccessible. The staff were rude and unhelpful when asking for assistance. After telling them I was registered blind and needed light to get around safely. They said it’s a dark hotel look we will give you another light for your room (which never came) even after calling constantly for an hour.

The rooms we booked were not available. The hotel staff tried to make up for it but then unfortunately the rooms we did get had heaters that did not work and it was below freezing. Overall it was a nice hotel and good location relative to the airport but seems not the best maintained or organized.
