Indian restaurant fabulous, room good condition and nice products in bathroom. But HORRIBLY stuff and overheated, air con didn’t wait and fan in room way too loud to be able to sleep. So neither of us slept!

I recently stayed at this hotel for 9 nights during a business trip to London. Having stayed here several years ago, I noticed that while a few things had changed, it wasn’t too bad. The reception and other staff are still incredibly helpful and accommodating, which made my stay pleasant. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options, though it seems more catered to short-term guests, which is understandable for an airport hotel. However, it would be nice if they varied the menu more frequently, perhaps daily or every other day. Additionally, offering more kosher or halal options and reducing the focus on pork and bacon would be appreciated. A few areas could use some improvement, such as the outdated and sometimes malfunctioning electrical outlets. The cable TV had numerous channels that weren't working, which was a bit frustrating. Also, the airport shuttle service that used to stop directly at the hotel is no longer available, but fortunately, public transportation to the airport and the nearest London Underground station is convenient and reliable. Overall, I can't complain. Life isn't perfect, and I still have many fond memories of this hotel from previous stays.

Average airport hotel. Convenient. Television didn't work (not enough bandwidth); refrigerator was an old 'mini bar' fridge with pressure plates & couldn't get cold (just looked like a fridge, essentially). On site restaurant & bar & shop.

Please do not go off of pictures! The lobby is very nice the rooms are so uncomfortable, older, the air was not working properly for the $260 we spent absolutely horrible stay. Had I pay $60 then I would not be complaining because you get what you pay for. On top of that they did not have my king bed room ready nor available. They gave me a queen bed that the mattress was old spring mattress. I cannot believe they have rooms like this at a $260 a night Sheraton hotel.

Right next to the runway so noisy with planes taking off to the west but what do you expect at an airport hotel? Room looking a little tired in places with cracked sink and other issues but generally very good and would stay again. There seemed to be plenty of staff on duty and service was therefore quick and efficient.

Too many Sheratons near Heathrow
Unfortunately we were sent to the wrong hotel by the bus terminus staff. When we finally arrived at the hotel they were very helpful. So helpful in fact that we were given an upgrade, this was very nice because we had had a stressful day at home too.
