I hope this review helps someone as much as other reviews helped me. This was our firat time in London so we disnt know what to expect. The hotels location is super convenient especially because it is a 2 minute walk to Paddington station. The hotel room itself is snug but you can work around it. You have a fully functioning kitchenette equipped with stove, fridge and microwave. The bathrooms are on the smaller side but the water is hot. Breakfast is included and it is quite nice. It definitely helps to fill up for a full day of activities. The staff is friendly and super helpful. From the time you check in they provide you with a map of the city. They also provide diacounts to a lot of activities. They answer any questions you may have about transportation and help you get the best deals. Over all I definitely recommend this place for first time tourists like ourselves. We felt safe and welcomed.

The tiny metal-walled room with holes in the ceiling was somewhere I’d never stay again; I booked a single room because I was staying a quick night between airport shuttles so I wasn’t expecting luxury or much space, but I’ve never stayed somewhere so small and uncomfortable. Metal on the walls from floor to ceiling is a very strange choice; it was like sleeping in an industrial fridge. The shower room was tiny (like a campervan or boat bathroom) with a very loud light/fan; I didn’t switch it on when I used the bathroom during the night because it was so disruptive, and fell in the shower room and hurt my arm against the wall, as the shower floor is next to the toilet and it’s a dip in the plastic floor. On the flip side, the location close to Paddington is easy and the kitchen staff were lovely.

The breakfast is fantastic! The staff are warm ,polite and friendly. The rooms arexvery clean. Bathroom was way too small, luke a cruise ship bathroom, everything else was amazing. Just a 4 minute walk to Paddington station also

Innovative hotel, just a minute or two from statio
Excellent! Lovely to have coffee, etc available 24 hours in reception, and be able to take supplies up to our room and make them there. Innovative decor, rooms small but everything you need is there. All working, clean and tidy. Thanks, we will be back!

Great except the bathroom
The staff was amazing-front desk and breakfast attendant were both very attentive. The room was as pictured online, however, there were no pictures of the bathroom online. The bathroom space reminded me of one from a RV or tiny home.Breakfast was great.

The hotel has a friendly and helpful staff, a great hot breakfast, and is convenient to Paddington, which was why I chose it. However, I probably would not stay there again in the future due to the price and size of the single room. I've stayed in different hotels in the area in single rooms and my room (105) was the smallest by far. I could barely fit my suitcases in the room with the bed and the odd layout. My room cost more per night than a double quoted to a man who walked in off the street with no reservation as I was checking in. Other thsn that, everything was fine.
