What a super hotel experience. Everyone was so helpful and professional. The staff at the reception desk were top notch, big help on advice for booking a day trip and getting around London. The room was spacious and clean, large towels and a 24 tea/ coffee service always stocked and convenient. The hot and cold breakfast was a great way to start the day, terrific staff there also I will stay there on my next trip to London Thanks again

We stayed in one of the newly refurbished rooms in the basement and although small it had everything we required, it was comfortable and clean. We had a nice cooked breakfast in a clean and comfortable seating area . The owner was very welcoming and went above and beyond the call of duty. We would definitely return on future trips to London. Good value for money.

Great staff!

Great staff! Need a ramp though as two large steps and I walk with a stick and solo rooms extremely small for the cost of the room. Nice touch that you get an alcoholic beverage at the local pub and cleanliness very good and bed comfy

The staff were amazing, very helpful and pleasant. The room where we stayed was ok.. the stairs to the room was a chore with our suitcases..no elevator. The mattress covers were severely stained and needed replacement. There was no lock to the bathroom door and it didn’t close all the way. The breakfast was very good with several choices.

Stayed 2 nights Jan 2025, chose the hotel based on reviews and location to Paddington station. We were not disappointed! Its clean, comfortable, great breakfast and the location was perfect. The rooms are small and functional, lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance, would stay here again.

This hotel was great in every way but one. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was included and plentiful. The location was great. The bed was comfortable. The room and the rest of the hotel was clean and modern and in great condition. The only issue was... The room was tiny! Very little floor space was unoccupied by the bed itself. Now I was expecting the room to be small based on the listing but it was... tiny tiny! Perfectly adequate for what I needed but still... Unexpectedly small.

The manager here was excellent. He helped me finding tours and a couple shows to see and they were just always great and helpful and went out of their way to help me out. The breakfast is outstanding with lots of options. A very big english breakfast. The location was fantastic. It's near the Paddington train station, the underground and the. Regular buses lots of small great restaurants around too. I felt really safe as the senior citizen traveling alone.

The hotel is 3 minutes walk from paddingt, it’s very convenient, close to Mediterranean restaurants and edgware road , good size room and comfortable bed but the size of the shower was too small for a tall man like me

Great stay, would definitely stay again.

Gem of a find. Comfortable room, well located. Unexpected bonuses like lounge area. Two guys on reception were both very friendly and cheery and made the stay very positive and pleasant.
