I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff was amazing. Everyone was super helpful. The breakfast was delicious. I loved the bar with the live music. Everything was perfect!

Lovely hotel in a great spot in Mayfair. Very pleasant and friendly staff particularly the doorman! The bar is cosy and beautifully appointed and our room which was on the 7th floor was bigger that expected (as read previously the rooms can be smaller) and it had an open view over neighbouring rooftops. Would return and recommend.

Our stay was excellent. The hotel is beautiful. The rooms were comfortable, meticulously appointed, and very clean. Breakfasts were delicious. The lovely wait staff in the restaurant were fantastic and made the start of every day very special for everyone in the dining room. The hotel's entire staff was incredibly friendly, diligent, professional - always cheerful and there for your every need. We could not have had a more pleasurable experience. Thank you so much to all the wonderful staff at The Chesterfield Mayfair. We will definitely be back!

I have stayed in the Chesterfield since the 90’s when I traveled on Business. Love the location in Mayfair. But this time the room we had was extremely small in comparison to other times we have stayed. Staff is still wonderful and very accommodating. I wish they would swap out old bath tubs to just simple shower stall.

THIS HOTEL IS A HIDDEN GEM. Entire staff was excellent. Kudos to the Jake, the Head Concierge & the rest of his compatriots: Darren, Mustafa, Jozeph, Jade, Laris and Sam. There was nothing that they could not or would not do, i.e., walking with us to local restaurants, going around the block to hail a cab for us, taking the time to chat with us. They made is feel like old friends rather than hotel guests. Also kudos for another Jade, in the dining room. She was always happy and pleasant no matter how busy she was. Again, she made us feel like family rather than guests. WE WILL BE BACK. Cheers, Max
