Such a gem of a hotel! had a Lovely stay. Check in staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful! The room itself was immaculate and the bed was incredibly comfy. The toiletries in the bathroom were also lovely 10/10

Stayed one night as at an event at the Royal Albert Hall; perfect location near to Albert Hall. Hotel was perfect for our needs, all staff were very helpful and service to a high standard. Only minor issue, one member of staff on the bar on a Friday night with a major event at the Albert Hall; service was very slow and a number of guests gave up waiting for a drink.

This room was perfect. Overlooking the back of the hotel, it was very quiet. It certainly resembled the room we had booked via the photo, unlike the last time. It was spacious, with a good sized bed. We both slept very well. The staff, as always, were magnificent.

Fabulous central position
Fabulous central position for the Royal Albert Hall, went to Da Mario’s Kensington for dinner- 5 min walk, Natural History Museum and 10 min walk to Gloucester Road tube with direct trains to Covent Garden, Leicester Sq and Trafalgar Sq. staff are fabulous. Breakfast delicious too and quite relaxed!
