Staff is extremely helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. Rooms were extremely cramped, but that is to be expected in London. Overall the helpfulness and curtesy of staff made our stay most enjoyable.

All the staff were extremely polite, friendly and accommodating. The property was clean, breakfast very sufficient and foods topped up often and fresh. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is an absolute gem. So close to Earls Court. Friendly staff and a good breakfast to start the day. If you like a great value, safe hotel with no unnecessary stuff like pools etc this is the place to be. Like all London hotels the rooms are small but don’t be put off- this is a magnificent hotel!

Great place for a City break.
Lovely clean hotel perfectly situated for Earls Court activities. Greeting on arrival was friendly and proffesional. Room was clean and well presented. It was quite small but adequate and to be expected in the city. Breakfast this morning was a basic continental but fresh and the pastries were still warm. Would definitely return

The hotel was really clean and breakfast was really good. It is very close to the train station and convenient if you are using the tube. Just be careful walking outside at night with so many marijuana smokers from the next-door building and some aggressive homeless on the next street corner.

Good location but dirty
Hotel was in a good location next to the tube. Breakfast was really good. However our room was tiny and really dirty and dusty everywhere. Hard to take a shower in such a tiny cubicle. It was absolutely boiling in Nov and the aircon pointed straight at you. We didnt get much sleep at all.

Really good hotel, the location is AMAZING! You’re right next to a big train stop, where the Piccadilly line is which being you straight to Heathrow, and the District line is also there which being you all over London. So convenient having a train stop with two major lines. Also sooo many dining option in the area, and around 4-5 different cafes for the morning. Honestly Prime location!!! The hotel was very nice, safe street, we had housekeeping daily, rooms are small but that’s expected with Old English Buildings. But the the room inside was very modern and renovated.
