Room smelled like dirty socks as soon as I got through the strong smell of some type of fragrance in the hallway. Rooms are run down, uncomfortable pillows, bathroom had some mold around the tub and parts of the wall coverings coming off the wall. It needs a major makeover but is ok for just one night as there are limited options in the area.

I had to ask to have a mattress replaced. The one in the room was so worn that in actually sank when you got into bed. I have a replace hip which I am having a lot of trouble with and around one am my husband and I had to turn the mattress around so that I could sleep on the side of which was not damaged. I my opinion this was an issue that should have been reported my housekeeping. But the other side of it is was it reported and not dealt with by management

This property needs a serious upgrade. My sheets had blood on them and the room itself was very rundown and old. Bathroom was stained and filthy.

A nightmare
The room had no plugs to plug my phone charger. When ask desk about this problem, they sent security which had to move the bed away from the wall to plug anything in. Moved to a different room with the same problem. Would need to move a cabinet to plug anything in. Left the next day for a better hotel.

Great staff, clean lobby. We stayed at the units across the streets and the road in and around the unit really needs some work as the potholes were huge. Otherwise the beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean and well stocked. Very impressed with our stay
