Everyone was lovely - the staff was super quick, friendly, and remembered us and always said hi. Our room was very comfortable and we loved having a bath tub. Walkable to south bank and several near east neighborhoods, and a quick bus ride to all the central places. Had a fantastic stay.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel, the staff were super friendly and helpful throughout. The room was very tidy and clean, and we were allowes to check in an hour earlier than scheduled. Would definitely recommend

This is a lovely hotel. The rooms are small (as usual in Europe) but beautifully appointed. The staff were amazing! The rooftop patio is lovely and the food was excellent. The location is ideal - moments for the tube station. Loved it!

Very comfortable room on the 6th floor with great views of Shad and London Eye. Efficient and friendly staff. Rooftop restaurant provided an excellent lunch - even if the environment was a bit cramped as everyone inside due to the cold weather. Will definitely return.

I would not call this a luxury hotel; it is a good hotel with very good food; but the entrance, reception area, and rooms are just average. Bed was great but rest of room felt a bit worn. Lots f money for a good room but not luxurious.

Fantastic
Amazing welcome from reception staff, lovely room with a view of the church next door and the shard. Room clean and comfortable with lovely bathroom and complimentary mini bar. Went for drinks to the rooftop bar which has great views of St Pauls Cathedral and had a complimentary glass of champagne as it was our wedding anniversary. This hotel is so quiet, hardly heard any other guests or noise, would definitely recommend as in a good location too. Will be back.

London oasis
2nd time we’ve stayed at the Vintry and mercer. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. We were given a complementary glass of champagne. The room was immaculate, modern and had everything we needed. London is an expensive place to stay, but this was worth it!
