Nice clean atmosphere when u come in. Corners are cut though, dirt along trims, bathroom door repainted and paint on floor and hinges, looks rushed! Overall good stay… inside fridge corners were grimy but I’ve seen worse… hate pointing these out but sometimes good criticism is better then customers not wanting to come back… I’m pretty sure we’ll be back… breakfast is always excellent as well as staff! Koodos to you all!

This was a great place to stay right by the beach. Excellent service, excellent breakfast, beautiful property. Just wish the pool was working but its right by the beach! Will stay again.

Beautiful hotel. Very close to the beach and Chief Commanda ll. Cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed. We are used to staying in hotels that cost over $400/night and are not this clean. We were very impressed. The beds are very comfortable. We also noticed the messages written on the mirror as we come out of elevator- very nice touch. The only recommendation I would make is to have an extra trolley. They only have 2 and the hotel was sold out so it took a while to get one.

The King size suite was very large, comfortable bed and well equipped. Nice view of the water. Also great to be minutes away from the beach, marina and walkway. Will definitely be staying here again next time we go to North Bay.

I liked everything about our stay for the exception where there should be floors where pets are not allowed as Im sure I’m not the only person w severe allergies and it seems there’s no consideration for that.
