"This property is located a few blocks from the bustling shopping and restaurant scene on 2nd and a few blocks from Long Beach’s revered beach real and coastline. The Belmont neighborhood is the best that Long Beach has to offer and this property is so perfectly situated, you would be hard pressed to find a a better spot. Also, the harbor beach is right out your front door and you can rent boats, paddle boards, kayaks and so much more. The house is whimsical, flamboyant, fun, and multi leveled which we appreciate. We had a family function here and the three stories helped give all of us enough space to spread out and feel comfortable. The house was well stocked with everything you need and all of the amenities were provided including a spacious kitchen, and large common areas. If the owners ever want to sell, I would buy, and I’m not kidding!Everything about this property was warm and inviting and I would consider it an exceptional experience."
