The black desk office style chair looked dirty. There was no light near the full length mirror. Parking spaces were tight due to large number of trucks that were too big and stuck out into the driving space. Lots of traffic noise.

I found a giant cockroach crawling and scurrying around and had to chase it down to smash it. All they offered me was breakfast at Denny's. Just what I wanted to do is eat after killing a giant cockroach. I wanted to puke.

Good customer service; easy check-in. The room was clean with decent amenities, but the door had a noticeable gap, causing winter wind chill to invade the room. Front desk staff responded positively when we informed them of the issue. Overall, it's a good place to stay and is valuable for the price.

The hotel was safe. Our room coffee pot didn't work and was replaced fast. The stopper for the bathtub did not work. We were not given hand towels or wash clothes. Our room was next to the road and it was very loud from the traffic.

As a type 2 diabetic that needs to eat to sustain my blood glucose. I was not accommodated with a microwave and they wanted to charge me $5 for the use of one and also charged me $12 for handicap parking. They also didn’t have enough microwaves for each need of essentials for paying customers stay.
