The black desk office style chair looked dirty. There was no light near the full length mirror. Parking spaces were tight due to large number of trucks that were too big and stuck out into the driving space. Lots of traffic noise.

The room was excellent, the on out issue was there was no water in the coffee machine. Other than that it was a fantastic room. It’s a great hotel in a bad area but that’s not their fault.

Good hotel
We had a couple problems with the room, but they were resolved very quickly. It is a on a very busy street, but southproofed pretty well. There’s a Denny’s restaurant attached so no free breakfast.

Amazing place to stay. Close to everything, but the best part was the hotel itself. The room was clean and smelled great. Beds were comfy and decor was clean and nice. The pool was cold but we did stay in November too. The hot tub was perfect. The staff was amazing and super friendly.

Three things: First: We were stuck in the elevator and needed to physically force the doors to get out. Second: The toliet overflowed. When it was reparied, the custodian left water all over the floor which we cleaned up. Third: When we reported this to the front desk, they refunded our parking fee and REFUSED to refund us for the night's lodging. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OR STAY THERE EVER AGAIN.
